Requesting an Account Merge
Whenever possible, we should have our donors make updates to their personal information through the app. You’ll want to be sure they have the latest version of the app, and then help them navigate to the Profile section to make their updates.
If the donor gets an error message that the phone number or email address is in use, please send a message in your center’s Teams channel and tag Member Experience.
IMPORTANT: To save time and ensure a smooth account merge, please be sure to end any in-progress visit before reaching out!
Every acount merge request should contain the following information (as applicable):
Donor ID
Old Phone Number:
New Phone Number:
Old Email Address:
New Email Address:
