Issues Advancing Registration/Screening
If you’re unable to proceed with registration or screening on a donor’s account, troubleshoot first by reviewing the donor’s address and literacy acceptability status in their Buoy profile.
- Address: select ‘Update Info’ > Scroll to the address map > Check that the address is marked as acceptable.
- Literacy: Ensure literacy is marked as acceptable in the donor’s Buoy profile if applicable. Your CLT should be your first point of contact on this, as they can edit this field directly in Buoy.
If the issue persists after checking the above, use the below verbiage:
I am unable to continue with Donor 12345’s <registration/screening> and am receiving this error <include a screen shot>. Their address and literacy were marked acceptable.
