Requesting a Center Update

To request a center transfer, a few specific details are required so our team can process the request accurately. Submitting all requested information up front helps avoid delays and allows us to complete your transfer as quickly as possible. Please note that your center transfer request will be considered incomplete if we don't have all the necessary information. 

Please use the following formats when submitting a request to transfer a donor to your center: 

Donor Has a New Address

Please update [Donor#]’s center from [Original Center] to [New Center]. The new address is [Donor’s New Address]. The address is within the center’s DMA. POA has been verified and is acceptable.

No Changes to Address

Please update [Donor#]’s center from [Original Center] to [New Center]. No changes to the donor’s address. The address is within the center’s DMA.
