Issues Checking In

Troubleshoot first by checking each of the following with the donor:
  • Does the phone number in the donor’s app match what they are using to sign in on the tablet?
  • Does the donor have an appointment on the Daily Schedule in Buoy?
  • Does the donor have an appointment scheduled for the correct date/time in their app?
  • Are all 3 sign in fields [Phone Number, DOB, Last 4 of SSN] free from typos?
  • Is donor using the correct tablet to sign in?

If the issue persists after going through the checklist above, use the following verbiage:
